The core strength of TABB INC. is our customer service. Each client is assigned an Account Manager who is your primary contact person. The Account Manager assigns your background investigation and can direct you to our researcher who is developing information for your report. Our researchers are responsible for the entire background investigation on each applicant including criminal checks, education, employment, references, etc. Our reports are not broken up by areas to be researched, which would result in several people working on different aspects of the employment application. Background investigation companies are increasingly outsourcing employment verification overseas. In this scenario, it is likely that the individual conducting your employment verification has little if any knowledge of your company's priorities, has little interaction with your recruiters and does not develop rapport with your department.

TABB INC. assigns experienced researchers dedicated to your account who understand your priorities and concerns. Our researchers and your recruiters will have an open line of communication. If a recruiter or hiring manager has a question or special handling is required regarding an applicant, we are only one call away to discuss special requirements with our researcher. As a result, each client has a unique background program and the ability to tailor a specific background investigation for any position or applicant. Our goal is to get it right the first time by fulfilling your requirements and answering all of the questions you might have regarding an applicant. Our system of specialized Account Managers provides a seamless integration with your Human Resources department. When information we develop does not match information provided by an applicant or there are questions regarding a criminal record, one call into our office will answer questions regarding any aspect of the report. As a result, each client has a unique background program and the ability to tailor a specific background investigation for any position or applicant.
