TABB INC. only conducts background investigations for public and private employers, volunteer organizations and high schools, colleges and workforce development programs that require a report prior to gaining access to facilities for further instruction or practical experience.
Unlike many websites, we not have a public site that allows anyone on the Internet to conduct a background check on another individual.
The background report that is completed by our office is only available to the client that ordered the report with your authorization. Each client has undergone a rigorous credentialing program as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The data that we collect to conduct the background check such as personal identifiable information, information we investigate and results in the report are never resold to another company or reused in another background investigation.

How you can expedite your background investigation
Ensure the information you provide on your employment application matches what your employer has in their records. Contact your employers to confirm your dates of employment, title and reason for leaving. Contact any references or supervisors you list on the employment application. Notify those individuals that you are applying for a job and that they may receive a call from a background investigation company. Discuss your work with that reference and ensure that areas of your employment that you wish to highlight are included by your reference when the background investigation company calls.
Our on-boarding commitment
Completing your background investigation quickly and accurately is of the utmost importance to us. A TABB INC. researcher will reach out to you by phone or by email when we are unable to confirm information provided on your application or need additional information. Promptly return our call or email to expedite your on-boarding with your new employer.
