TABB is a consumer reporting agency.  We provide clients with strategic onboarding solutions, including background investigation services, related to the employment on-boarding process. We also conduct background investigations for students and academic institutions.

While We do not sell or rent your personal information, We disclose personal information for business purposes as described below:

To our subsidiary entities for processing of the personal information related to our background investigation services.
To our service providers to process background investigation requests.
When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or enforceable governmental request or when necessary to protect our rights.
When necessary to investigate, take action, or prevent suspected or actual illegal activities, fraud, or potential threats to safety or personal physical safety.
If our company or our assets are acquired or purchased by another company, that company will assume responsibility for the information TABB has collected.

We take steps to protect against the loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration of the personal information We collect. TABB has implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards necessary to reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information in our possession. We limit access to personal information to those employees who need access in order to carry out their job responsibilities. Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of our Websites. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as how often users visit our Websites, what pages they visit when they do so, which browser types are used to access the Websites, and what other websites they used prior to coming to our Websites. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personal information. We use the information We get from Google Analytics to understand how our Websites are used and make improvements.

International Data Transfers:

TABB does not transfer personal information outside of the United States. However, We do receive personal information from outside of the United States. Links to third party websites or third party services are provided on our Websites for your convenience.  TABB exercises no control over such other websites and web-based services and is not responsible or liable for the content thereon. TABB may offer via our Websites third party services, such as social media login, social media sharing and social media commenting.
